Eligibility
The Poseidon Animal Health Ultimate Horse Health Giveaway ("Giveaway") is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.

Employees of Poseidon Animal Health, FeedXL, Niagara Equissage, Ridely, Pivo, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, as well as the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee, are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway.

Host
The Giveaway is hosted by Poseidon Animal Health ("Host").

Agreement to Official Rules
Participation in the Giveaway constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Host, which are final and binding.

How to Enter
Entrants may enter the Giveaway via the entry method specified in the promotional material. Only one entry per person is permitted. Entrants must provide valid and accurate contact information. Any attempt by an entrant to obtain more than the permitted number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations, or any other methods will void all of that entrant's entries.

Prize Drawing
Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received.

The drawing will be conducted by the Host whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway.

Winners will be notified via email within 2 days following the drawing date.
If a potential winner cannot be contacted within 30 days of the first attempt to contact him/her, the Host may select an alternate potential winner in his/her place at random from the remaining eligible entries.

Prize
The Grand Prize package includes products from Poseidon Animal Health, FeedXL, Niagara Equissage, Ridely, and Pivo, as described in the promotional material. The total approximate retail value of the Grand Prize package is $4,210.97 USD. The prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Host's sole discretion.

Publicity
Except where prohibited, participation in the Giveaway constitutes the winner's consent to Host's and its agents' use of the winner's name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.

Privacy
By entering the Giveaway, you agree to the collection, retention, usage, and distribution of your personal information by the Host and its partners for the purpose of administering the Giveaway and in accordance with Host's Privacy Policy.

General Conditions
Host reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Giveaway, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Host's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway, as determined by the Host in its sole discretion.

Release and Limitations of Liability
By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Host, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of any prize.

Disputes
Except where prohibited, the entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Giveaway shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.

Governing Law
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and Host in connection with the Giveaway, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.

By participating in this Giveaway, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Official Rules, Terms and Conditions.

Collection of Information
